3. Account Registration

5.2 General Bonus Terms

  • Each bonus offer has its own specific conditions that must be read before accepting.
  • The Company reserves the right to cancel a bonus if there is suspicion of bonus abuse.
  • Claiming bonuses on multiple accounts from the same holder, device, IP address or payment method is prohibited.
  • It is not possible to withdraw from a bonus balance before the wagering requirements have been met.

5.3 VIP Program

The bfd33 VIP program has four tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:

  • Bronze: up to 0.3% weekly cashback
  • Silver: up to 0.6% weekly cashback
  • Gold: up to 0.9% weekly cashback
  • Platinum: up to 1.2% weekly cashback

6. Gaming Rules

6.1 Fair Play

bfd33 follows a fair play policy. All games offered on the platform are operated using SSL encryption and audited Random Number Generator (RNG) technology.

6.2 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum betting limits are set for each game and are displayed in the game interface. The Company reserves the right to change betting limits at any time.

6.3 Technical Errors

The terms and conditions of all third-party game providers, including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, PG Soft, JILI, Spribe, Ezugi, NetEnt and Microgaming, apply. In the event of a conflict between a provider's terms and bfd33's terms, bfd33's terms will take precedence.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited, and engaging in any one of them will result in immediate account termination:

  • Operating multiple accounts or using another person's account
  • Bonus arbitrage or bonus abuse
  • Money laundering or transacting funds from illegal sources
  • Hacking, using bots or applying automated software
  • Exploiting any vulnerability or technical error on the platform
  • Collusion or manipulation against other users
  • Registering under a false identity or document fraud
  • Offensive, obscene or threatening behavior on the platform
Involvement in prohibited activities will result in forfeiture of deposited funds and bonuses, and the relevant legal authorities may be notified.

8. Dispute Resolution

  • If the services of a third-party payment provider are delayed or fail
  • If loss occurs due to the user's own negligence or intentional error
  • If loss occurs as a result of sharing account login credentials with another person
  • In the case of unforeseen circumstances or events (force majeure) such as natural disasters, war or government restrictions

In no circumstance will the Company's total liability exceed the amount deposited by the user in the preceding 30 days.

10. Changes to Terms and Miscellaneous

10.1 Changes to Terms

10.2 Account Closure
